These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77fc ("77fc", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and betting platform accessible at https://77fc.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit incentives credited to an Account that are subject to separate Bonus Terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the lawful currency of Bangladesh, being the sole fiat currency accepted on the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. 77fc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned, and all winnings generated during the underage period will be forfeited without further notice.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

The Platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. 77fc reserves the right to decline registration or suspend Accounts of Players in Restricted Territories at any time.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 77fc employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended and any outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

2.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an Account, and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

77fc reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to during registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by 77fc may result in Account suspension and delay of withdrawals.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 77fc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify 77fc immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Until 77fc receives such notification, all activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77fc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. 77fc reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will be automatically declined. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and by the Player's VIP tier. Refer to the Deposits section of the Platform for current limits applicable to your Account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timelines, subject to successful identity verification and fraud screening:

• Standard Accounts: 1–4 business hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); up to 1 business day for bank transfers.
• VIP Gold and above: Under 60 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals; same-day processing for bank transfers.

These timelines are indicative only. 77fc does not guarantee processing within these periods and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment service providers, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond 77fc's reasonable control.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered 77fc Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 77fc reserves the right to require proof of ownership of the destination payment account before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

77fc maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any deposits must originate from payment sources owned by and registered to the Account holder. 77fc reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that displays characteristics consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by 77fc are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77fc reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, placing contradictory wagers across multiple accounts, or any activity that 77fc reasonably determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

5.4 VIP Programme

The 77fc VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Royal. Tier allocation is determined by cumulative wagering volume over a rolling period as specified in the VIP Programme terms. 77fc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Programme at any time, and to adjust a Player's tier classification if their wagering activity declines below the threshold for their current tier.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each Game on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the Game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any Wager. Participation in a Game constitutes acceptance of that Game's rules.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a Game session, 77fc reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. 77fc accepts no liability for losses arising from system malfunctions that are beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Erroneous Odds or Pricing

Where a betting market or Game is made available at manifestly incorrect odds or pricing due to a technical error, 77fc reserves the right to void the affected bets at its sole discretion, irrespective of whether the error was identified before or after settlement. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

6.4 Winnings

Winnings are credited to the Player's Account Balance immediately upon settlement of each Wager. Winnings from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5. Maximum single-Wager win limits may apply to certain Games and will be disclosed in the relevant Game rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the Account lifecycle;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest play in poker or any other competitive Game;
• Laundering money or using the Platform to obscure the origin of unlawfully obtained funds;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or any other IP obfuscation method;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77fc staff, support agents, or other Players;
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your Account to a third party.

8 Responsible Gaming

77fc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following tools, available to all registered Players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 72 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session reminders at intervals of their choosing to encourage awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may activate a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days during which Account access is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion for a period of between 6 months and 5 years. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and the Player is removed from all promotional communications.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio-visual content, game interfaces, and database structures, is the intellectual property of 77fc or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of 77fc is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77fc's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77fc shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 77fc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 77fc's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

77fc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, 77fc will provide reasonable notice via the Platform and/or by email to the address registered to the Player's Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a revised Agreement, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 77fc's support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. 77fc will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
